The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. See wildlife galore all from your private deck or from the windows. Deer, turkeys, bald eagles and so much more right there every day. Access to the lake just a few blocks away and the trail of the Coeur d Alenes. Go out on your boat or take a bike ride; it's all here for you. Play on the beach, shop at our stores or have a meal and get some ice cream at the Creamery; so much to do. There's even live music in the park on weekends.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. We hope you enjoy. Welcome to Seven Stars Ranch just 20 minutes from downtown CdA.

If a quaint and organized small place works for you, then enjoy this studio layout with a bathroom, pub table, kitchenette-microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker -LOADS of personal grooming amenities - Speedy Wifi-42 inch TV-Free Streaming Netflix/Amazon Prime. FREE PARKING ON PREMISES. Outdoor cats reside on property. Not really suitable for children/infants due to small living space.

Our modern Scandinavian tiny cabin is tucked away on the ridge of our 40 acre estate with an unobstructed view of the snowy peak of Mt. Spokane. Providing an intimate environment, ideal for couples or individuals seeking a restorative retreat, this is the perfect place to slow down and surround yourself in natural beauty while exploring the trails or the many nearby Spokane highlights.

River House Suite

This quiet couple’s getaway is located just steps away from the St. Joe River. The waterfront one bedroom suite is fully furnished, has covered deck, landscaped property with dock. Located 1.5 miles outside St. Maries. Explore the river by kayak, take a swim, or relax on the deck enjoying this little slice of heaven. Whatever the season, this is the perfect place for one or two adults to relax on the beautiful St. Joe River. No pets or service animals allowed.

Comfy private studio 8 min to downtown CDA!

Large private suite close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Light, spacious, quiet and very private and only a short scenic drive away from downtown. Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
