Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a beautiful 1844 farm house located in Quechee, that has been in our family for over a hundred years. It is located less than a 1/4 mile from the Quechee Gorge and Antique Mall. The farm includes fifty acres of land and trails with wonderful views of Mt. Ascutney, Killington and more. We also abut the state park which has twelve hundred acres of land. All perfect for hiking, snowshoeing, snowshoeing, biking or just relaxing.

Off Grid Tiny House

This sweet little house is great for those who want to get away from it all. It's like camping but with many more creature comforts. The house has hot and cold water in the summer but is off for the season now, end of October. The house does not come with sheets and towels but if you need that, please let me know and I’ll make that happen for a small fee ($15)! Great for kids! Mountain biking and hiking locally and right out your door. 10% veteran discount. Spectacular and cozy in the winter.

The Airbnb is located on the farther end of the house with a deck overlooking garden views, a fire pit, and an open field. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. The third room is a large sitting room with a shower and closet bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, meet our chickens, and explore our garden.
