A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

A 2 bedroom unit with all modern accessories as shown in the photos. Wifi, Port-a-cot and Highchair. Even a coffee machine :) Please note: Street parking is strictly 4 hours. "Penguin Seascape" is a self contained house in Penguin overlooking the beautiful Bass Strait. Penguin is located between Burnie and Devonport on the Northwest coast of Tasmania.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region. Also a great space for laptop work (WiFi and Smart TV). Laundry by request.
