Peaceful and Sparkly Clean! Grateful Cottage

I love hosting guests at my home and the reviews say it all. King bedroom with new memory foam mattress. You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.

Private townhome situated in the historic district of Tybee, right next door to the Tybee Post Theater. *TWO people max. NO children under 10 and NO PETS* 112B is a first-floor direct oceanfront condo, just steps from the pool & beach on the quiet, North end of Tybee. The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

The Hidden Pearl Cottage, Tybee Island, Georgia

Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. Take it easy at this unique space. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. 600 sq ft place, bottom level of our home. 1 bedroom, 1 bth, kitchenette with frig, micro & Keurig. Entry through bottom. 3 AC/dehumidifier’s units. We live on the Marsh and low tide happens twice a day. Couch could be used for one person or some small kiddos. Pop up single bed available. Beach chairs and towels. WiFi can be spotty. Provided but not guaranteed. “Island living”.
