Come enjoy this quiet serene setting nestled in nature by the waterway. Relax in the massage chair or hot tub. Then unwind with a nice bubble bath or nature watching on the screened porch. This home boasts a private back yard with outdoor spaces, 3 comfortable bedrooms to rest, fully stocked kitchen, close to area beaches, shopping and attractions. Great waterfront resturants you can eat, watch dolphins and view the beautiful sunset. Public boat ramp a minute away with fishing and kayak launch.

Cozy Cottage on the Sandy Shores (1st floor unit)

Charming 2 Bed, 1 Bath, 2nd row beach house less than a minute walk to beach access. Enjoy the sounds of waves relaxing on the front patio or at our gas fire pit. Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). Up to 20lbs). Shopping/dining 10-15 mins away.

This home is 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, sleeps 7 guests comfortably, it has 2 porches, partial ocean and sound views. Fenced in yard area, washer and dryer, and lots of parking.

Excellent views of the ocean from the spacious deck in the middle of the island. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo. Beach & pier can be had from the 3 sundecks complete with hot tub, deck furniture & benches. Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

In the back you will find little roller coaster for small children, a fire pit area and a large fenced in back yard for pets to enjoy and runs around. *NOTE*There is a one time $85 non refundable per pet fee.

Minimal yet functional area with room to breathe. Located between Wrightsville and Surf City/Topsail beaches, and a quick drive to downtown Wilmington. Quiet and peaceful with 1.5 acres of gated property. Enjoy nature and relax after a day of fun.
