Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

This casita might be tiny, but it has big personality. This little treasure lives in the heart of Raleigh, waiting to support your next city adventure. Please note this rental lives in owner's back yard, accessible by driveway. We've built this place so that you can optimize your stay. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Bright and open living area w/ fully renovated bath and kitchen makes living simple! Enjoy the quiet outdoor area w/ seating, and walkable to restaurants, bars, and breweries! Pet friendly!

Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

"Forest Garden" A One Bedroom Retreat

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Clean and comfy! High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee, tea & snacks. Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.
