Cosy Hares lodge in the Tamar Valley

Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

Honeycombe Lodge Cornwall

Honeycombe Lodge is situated in a development of similar properties in a wooded valley. Car parking is adjacent. Centrally heated. Free WiFi is provided in the lodge. Towels/ bed linen are provided for up to 6 people. Highchair, stair gate, travel cot provided. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome free of charge. Use of swimming pools included. Pub nearby. Please not this is a holiday lodge, not to be used for work purposes. Situated on a holiday park which may be busy during peak periods.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our garden. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks
