Bothag Bhuirgh Family pod

The family pod has a small double bed and two single beds. There is a kettle in the room as well as tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets, milk portions. The family pod has private use of the pod next door, which has a toilet, shower and wash hand basin. All toiletries, linen and towels provided. It is most suitable for a couple with 2 children, or 3 adults. It would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. The guests can have shared use of the barn with campers and it has all amenities required for cooking.

Otter Bothy

Otter Bothy is a small, self contained cabin right on the banks of West Loch Roag, in the village of Carishader, perfectly situated for wildlife, fishing, walking, cycling, surfing and kayaking. Otter Bothy is situated beside Otter Bunkhouse, but offers private accommodation in a small but very cosy cabin, with spectacular views across West Loch Roag. At only a few metres from the shoreline, there aren't many places as close to the water as this! The minimum stay is 2 nights. No dogs.

Shepherd's Hut in Uig

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Located at Mangersta Croft Holidays, the Yellow Shepherd's Hut is perfect for two with an en-suite shower, self catering kitchen and views across the croft to the ocean. Explore the incredible landscape and wildlife around the hut, nestling between the Uig Hills and the spectacular sandy beaches and sea cliffs of the Mangersta headland. An authentic taste of island life is guaranteed on this working croft, where cows and sheep graze.

Seaview Blackhouse - Lovely sea views

Fully refurbished Hebridean Black house with lovely sea views suitable for 2 people. There is a double bed in a cosy open plan setting with separate shower room. Originally a family home that has been passed down from generation to generation. Tastefully modernised for a more luxurious stay. Its a unique experience, stepping back in time to stay within a traditional Hebridean Black house but with modern amenities. Over looking west side coast of Lewis. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

Kneep Cottage - a cosy cottage beside the beach

Kneep Cottage is a quirky and colourful "home from home" set a hundred metres through a wildflower field from a white sandy beach. Its location on the picturesque Valtos peninsula makes it ideal for families, couples and friends to explore a special corner of the Outer Hebrides. In summer, guests can enjoy daylight past midnight. In winter, its the perfect spot to storm watch. A creative's paradise - longer stays can be arranged. Owners of well behaved dogs will love it here too.

Beech Cottage, 54 Vatisker

Welcome to this adorable family home that sits near some of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, tranquil getaway. Enjoy the spacious, mature garden and let the children run around in the safe, enclosed grounds! Vatisker beach is a ten minute walk away or 2 minute car ride. The local shop, petrol station, pharmacy, takeaway coffee shop and hairdresser are all within walking distance and only a ten minute drive to the nearest supermarket.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.
