De flat is ook geschikt om in een rustige omgeving van 'thuisuit' te kunnen werken. De stijle buitentrap naar de flat en de trap in de woning zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Ons huis staat aan het kruispunt van fiets- en wandelwegen. Er rijdt een bus van ons dorp Oelegem naar Antwerpen. De afstand naar Antwerpen is ongeveer 15km met de auto, de fiets of te voet! Bakker, supermarkt, beenhouwer, restaurants en kroeg in de buurt. Welkom in Oelegem!

Recent gerenoveerd appartement in loftstijl in de sweet spot van Antwerpen naast het Scheldekaaien en de gezellige Kloosterstraat, bekend om zijn antiek- en designwinkels. Er is een grote diversiteit aan restaurants in de buurt en je bent op een steenworp afstand van het hippe Zuid, het historische stadscentrum, winkelgebieden en de vele hotspots van Antwerpen. Perfect voor een dagje shoppen of een weekendje weg om te genieten van alles wat onze geliefde stad te bieden heeft.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

When it's too hot, you can cool down in the garden and use the swimming pond.
