We do not accept children or pets. The Old Chauffeurs Cottage, beautiful, luxurious, warm and cosy. Two bedrooms with comfortable King size beds and a great lounge and kitchen. A downstairs toilet & full bathroom upstairs. It provides a good base for walkers & sightseers as we are close to the North York Moors, the steam railway at Pickering, Castle Howard & York. Located 3 miles away from two award winning restaurants with Michelin accolade; The Star Inn & The Pheasant Hotel at Harome. Nunnington is a beautiful village in the North Yorkshire Moors. Overlooking the National trust property and gardens, Nunnington Hall, from your bedroom window. Great location for walking, biking but equally York city center is only 19 miles away. Accommodation is a self contained ground floor suite with direct outdoor access, part of a 16th century almshouse renovation.

Michelin starred restaurants The Pheasant, The Star, The Black Swan and Restaurant Myse are a few minutes drive away and The Yorkshire Spa Retreat.

Cosy rural cottage in National Park

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

A remote relaxing retreat with amazing views.

A cosy shepherds hut on a working hill farm, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Simply sit, relax, watch the birds and admire the view or explore the surrounding area. Walk from the hut or one of the local famous walks such as Cleveland Way, Wainstones, Roseberry Topping. Helmsley and Stokesley are lovely little market towns to explore or Whitby and York both within an hours drive. We only have one hut, so there is no sharing of facilities and the area is very private.

Goose End Cottage, North Yorkshire

Take a break and unwind in a characterful cottage set in beautiful countryside. This 18th century grade-II listed property is right beside the River Seven, in the picturesque village of Sinnington, and the North York Moors National Park. The cottage is full of original character, whilst having all the amenities needed for a relaxing break. Many amazing walks can be enjoyed from right outside the door and the wonderful village pub and restaurant is only a few minutes walk away.

We are ideally located with easy access to the beautiful North York Moors National Park, James Herriot Country, Whitby and the spectacular North Yorkshire coastline.
