The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Our little home is tucked away on a 1/2 acre of wooded land just down the way from a frog pond, but still within walking distance to town and the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, reunion amongst friends or even solo trip!

Sunny cottage with marsh views, under 5 minute walk to town. Eat on the water in one of the many village restaurants, rent a kayak or paddle board. Go "down river" like a local! Located in a quaint residential neighborhood within harbor view, this cottage has a relaxing farmers porch, a BBQ grill, 2 full bathrooms and is within a 45 second walk to Kittery Foreside; a small downtown area with shops and restaurants. Our cottage was tastefully decorated by a professional interior designer and comes with smart TV's in every room.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
