Our road is little used but intersects with US 1.There is a downstairs bedroom with an open loft on the second floor. Wonderful light and views. A fire-pit, swings, hammocks, and playground structures make this a perfect place to stay with your family. A peaceful place to visit for all ages. World famous Moody's diner, a grocery store and gas stations etc. are just 3 miles away! Perfect for young children.

Unique home overlooking quaint Camden Harbor. This property has a 4BR main house and a 2BR accessory apartment that may be rented together or separately. The entire house can sleep 15-17. Note: Accessory apt is ONLY available during summer vacation weeks when owners are away. From House, you can walk up the block to the public boat launch; here, you can launch your Kayak into the Harbor or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking ocean.Beach is a 21min walk. "The Roost" is a bright 1400 sqft. 2 bedroom c.1890 cottage that has been recently renovated and painted located on a two acre property with a coffee roaster Green Tree Coffee and Tea as well as another very small cabin called "The Lair". We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.
