Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Multiple Boat Launches less than 15 minutes away. Located in a area with all types of wildlife, we have alligators, deer, bobcats, hogs and owls. Its is quit & peaceful back here. So if you want to get away from city life for a while, this is the place. We have everything you need, just bring some clothes and food.
