Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.
