This home is 3000 sq ft with 5 acres aconveniently has two on demand hot water tanks with two separate bathrooms for endless hot water which is so important with larger groups, I believe we are the only property that offer that ! and it will comfortably accommodate 2 families with plenty space for everyone which makes the price unbeatable

For fun in the snow with your sled or toboggan try the hills and dunes in Ludington State Park. Big M cross country ski trails offers a 37 mile loop trail system located in the Manistee forest. If winter activities are not your thing and relaxing in a warm cozy cottage is we have you covered. We are looking foward to your stay.

Within walking distance to two restaurants and a convenience store. Also if wanting to venture out, Manistee and Ludington are 32 miles away, Traverse city 60 miles.

Soak in the 6-person hot tub after a day of activities. Close to Baldwin and the Pere Marquette River or do a day trip to Ludington, Silver Lake or Pentwater. Fenced in front yard gives your pet a great place to hang out. A great place to relax and unwind or use as a home base for day trips.

Our personal 1940’s Cottage, direct private lake frontage on all sports Big Star Lake! 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Lower level has two twin beds. Large yard. Fire pit area complete with an endless amount of firewood on site for you to use. Kitchen is new and very well equipped. Linens and towels provided. Perched higher up, awesome panoramic view of the lake. Morning sun. Multi level decks and lots of steps and deck levels to beach. NO parties allowed.
