Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

The Old Mushroom Farm

Welcome to this special and unique house in the lovely township of Warburton. Tucked away behind the other houses on the street and surrounded by huge trees and ferns, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Our 1959 vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum of one night stay for a quick getaway or to stay longer & enjoy the peace, light the fire pit, which is under cover, ideal if it's raining (made from a beer keg), and roast marshmallows.

Avenel is a great launching pad for all that the Strathbogie region has to offer - art, history, wine and some fabulous restaurants.

The Cedar House

The Cedar House is located in a picturesque valley on the outskirts of Lake Eildon, approximately 150 kilometres from Melbourne, Victoria. Set on 1.3 hectares, the property has been landscaped with several varieties of Australian indigenous gum and Casurina trees, native shrubs and tree ferns, two dams and two seasonal creeks with an abundance of bird and wildlife.
