The cabin is surrounded by ORV and snowmobile trails. It is centrally located in the northern part of the lower peninsula for easy day trips to areas such as Mackinac Island and Traverse City. Higgins lake, with a small beautiful beach is just a 5 minute drive from the cabin.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Log cabin hand built by my dad in the early 70’s (my mom helped too!). Live like the Brady Bunch with authentic orange kitchen counters, with modern updates like a cozy gas stove, great knives and cookware, and high-quality linens. The outdoor activities are endless with our canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. We also have our own private island you can reach called Moose island. We are minutes from trailheads for all off road vehicles. There are several golf courses in the area including Snow Snake, Tamarack, and Firefly.
