Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

The guest suite is on the ground level with its own entry and is completely separate from the rest of the house. It's located 3 miles south of the University of Oregon. It has new cherry cabinets, appliances, flooring and granite and it has a 60" TV with surround sound. The master bedroom has a king size bed with with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. We are two minutes away from a beautiful, paved walking and biking path that runs for 22 miles along the Willamette River. Downtown Eugene is just three miles away.
