Our warm and cozy semi-detached home has a driveway, lovely garden, and is near the Hilversum 'heide.' Inside, the modern kitchen and bathroom complement a stylish, calm interior. The living room offers a relaxed lounge vibe with comfy seating and a wood stove, while the dining room is cozy with Texel sheepskins and a wool wall hanging. The bathroom features a standalone tub, and a separate home office provides a quiet retreat. Our lovingly designed sanctuary is central and tastefully furnished.

Deze knusse sfeervolle rustig gelegen woning (achterste helft van een dubbel) staat midden in het prachtige pittoreske centrum van Laren. De woning heeft een kleine romantische achtertuin met eettafel en gezellig zitje. In de woonkamer staat een heerlijke plofbank, een smart tv en bevindt zich de open haard en werkplek. In de uitgebreide keuken met oven vaatwasser gasfornuis etc. staat een (uitschuif) tafel met 4 stoelen. Boven bevindt zich naast de twee slaapkamers (1 met airco) een badkamer.

Gezellig en comfortabel huis met tuin en open haard. Ligt in een prachtig dorp in een omgeving met bos, heide en weilanden. 15 minuten met de bus naar Hilversum, 20 minuten met de trein van Hilversum naar Amsterdam Centraal. 15 minuten met de trein naar Utrecht Centraal. 25 minuten met de auto naar een P+R bij Amsterdam. Vanaf Schiphol Airport gaat er een rechtstreekse trein naar Hilversum, in 30 minuten. Dit huis ligt in een rustige woonbuurt, dus rust is wat ik ook van mijn gasten verwacht.

Great surroundings with forrest and sandy plains. A perfect place for (mountain)biking. Many restaurants, shops and lovely places to visit. The house is a perfect place for families with kids that like a bit of privacy, luxury, a place to relax and to go out. Many facilities are available to entertain yourself and the kids.

Stylish short-stay studios, fully furnished with all modern comforts. Available for rent for a minimum of 7 nights and a maximum of 2 people. In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. 5 min lopen naar het dorp en binnen 5min fiets je in de mooie natuur op de hei. Een dagje Amsterdam of Utrecht? Beide maar 20 min rijden. Er is een bushalte voor de deur die je naar Hilversum centraal brengt en daar kun je de trein nemen. Alles super centraal en in een rustige omgeving. Het dorp heeft veel restaurants en mooie winkels. Voor de kleintjes ook veel leuke plekken om te spelen.

The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Dit huis is origineel ingericht met oog voor detail. Het beschikt over verschillende zitjes zowel binnen als buiten waar je kan relaxen, bij elkaar kan komen of werken. Het huis is op loopafstand van het centrum van Laren en ligt aan de rand van het bos. In het huis wonen twee lieve katten, waar je geen last van hebt maar die graag de gezelligheid opzoeken.

Nice cosy house with a garden 700 mtrs from the center of Laren, totally renovate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toiletes, laundry room, near supermarkt, backery, liquor store. Close to Amsterdam ( 25 minutes by car) , Close to the trein station of Bussum or Hilversum. Netflix, HBO, Good internet conection. All you need to have a great stay!
