Hayes House | HGTV Home with Porch & Firepit

The Hayes House awaits your arrival! Redone by HGTV's Hometown in Season 1, Ep. 11. This unique home has a lovely backyard with a space for outdoor dining & relaxing around the firepit. The home has three bedrooms with queen size beds & two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower & clawfoot tub & one with a clawfoot tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to stay in & cook. Hayes House is within walking distance to ALL the things downtown & in the Historical District.

The Parker House-Stylish Southern Hometown Charm!

Welcome to The Parker House – a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat just 2.5 miles from Laurel’s famous downtown area. Located on a peaceful dead-end street, this beautifully decorated Southern home blends HGTV-inspired charm with modern comfort. Our Little Farmhouse

This 1920's treasure holds nearly 100 years of special memories for our family. It has recently been lovingly renovated and restored and is very comfortable. Much of the original shiplap, beaded-board, and heart pine floors have been retained and restored, as well as much of the original exterior and front porch. There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. Upstairs offers a loft play area and a small bedroom with two twin beds. This home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Laurel.

The Magnolia Guesthouse - Laurel, MS

You won't find a cleaner cottage this close to it all! c 1950 - A charming older Laurel home, recently renovated with an eclectic traditional style, located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to downtown, restaurants, golf course, and interstate access. Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Home Town Season 4 restoration - Juniper Tree House is a beautiful retreat for vacations, special events or small training/meeting groups to experience small-town life! An intact example of Craftsman-era homes, Juniper Tree House is 100 years old with much of its original woodwork, glass, and details. View the Olmsted designed park from the front porch with its location in downtown, walk to locally-owned restaurants, stores, community theatre, and the renowned Lauren Rogers Museum.

Porter Pasture Hideaway is a fully private pondside escape situated on 26 Acres of rolling pasture. We are conveniently located just 3 miles from the heart of downtown Laurel, America’s new favorite home town. Enjoy a picturesque country evening sitting on our front porch listening to the crickets as you watch the evening fade around you turning simple moments into beautiful memories. Just short scenic and BUMPY drive through our PASTURE and you arrive at your home away from home.

7th Avenue Manor

Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths. Cozy up around the outdoor fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the secluded morning patio. While outside, boards are also available to test your corn hole skills. Just inside you will find a large dining room, spacious kitchen, and large laundry. This house retains the 1930's character, but has been beautifully renovated to offer today's conveniences.

Welcome to the Main House at Mason Park Spacious 2 Bedroom/2 Full bathroom home across from Mason park which also features a fenced dog park! Our place accommodates 4 guests with brand new premium casper mattresses. Ride your bike to downtown Laurel along the 7th avenue bike lane. 1.2 miles from downtown and close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.
