Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

TV smart connectée Canal + Grand lit de 180 cms (soutien ferme) qui donne sur le côté jardin. La salle d'eau avec douche italienne et le WC lavant (japonais). A disposition Draps, serviettes, gants et pharmacie. Cuisine équipée qui donne sur un patio extérieur de 20 m2 où vous pouvez avoir la visite de nos chats.

The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Petite maison de 27m2, perchée au milieu des arbres dans un cadre calme. Pour y accéder, il vous faudra marcher sur un chemin pendant 200 en forte montée. La maison comprend un salon avec clic clac, un espace cuisine, une chambre et une salle de bain avec toilettes sèches. Petit déjeuner non inclus mais nous proposons des repas maison. Puissance max est de 800W : vérifiez vos appareils avant de venir. Nous communiquons exclusivement via messagerie/mail, le téléphone ne capte pas ici.

Local sécurisé pour accueillir motos, vélos, planches à voile etc.... Passionné de montagne, randonnée, lacs et site granitique du Sidobre tu découvriras. A proximité Brassac village pittoresque Lautrec capitale de l’ail rose Lacaune et sa charcuterie Mazamet et sa passerelle Albi et sa cathédrale Gaillac et ses vins Etc…
