charming room in lovely location.

Beautiful family home on the edge of Charnwood Forest, short walk from Beacon Hill , 5 min drive to Bradgate Park. I have a room available that I would like to share with guests & large open plan kitchen, dining & living space. This comfortable home enjoys stunning views of the village. 2 mins walk from a lovely country pub, further gastro pubs & village café all on the door step. Relaxing escape offering tranquillity but equally perfect location to enjoy all that the East Mids has to offer.

The room is completely private and has its own entrance from the property driveway. We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

Great place to stay & explore one of England's most lovely countryside areas. Farm shop, open for 20 + yrs, sells a wide range of home grown & home butchered meats & local flour, beers, ready meals & pies. Nr. Rutland Water, & Melton Mowbray, of pie fame, Stamford & Leicester. Great pubs abound, as do walks & entertainment of every kind.
