Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. The main living quarters do have dogs that are well behaved and quiet. If there are any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.

Located in the small community of Cottageville, WV is this 278 acre farm found at the end of a country road. This is the family farm that I grew up on as a child. My father Doug lives in the main house and tends to the hay fields and approximate 30 head of cattle. The farm house sits just below the top of a hill with a nice view of a farm field that the cows enjoy grazing on. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the large farmhouse porch, take walks, and use the fire pit.

Cozy 2-Bedroom River Cabin with Private Dock

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.
