Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. The beds are comfy with nice linens because I, for one, love a good night's rest and I bet you do too!

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Peaceful space in the valley where a rooster crow is all you hear in the morning. Have coffee on the dock while feeding koi in the koi pond! Off the beating path of traffic. Short drive to I 435 and I 35. About a half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
