The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

Magnolia Cottage in Central Coast Wine Country!

The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

Bodega House

Welcome to Bodega House, a restored 1920s farmhouse in the center of Los Alamos. The home features a serene queen bedroom and a separate lounge space, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Thoughtfully designed for two adults, the house can also comfortably host one to two children on the sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal setting for couples or small families seeking the ease and privacy of a home while being just steps away from the best of Los Alamos.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Beautiful, brand new tiny home on the Central Coast situated in beautiful downtown Nipomo, halfway between Los Angeles & San Francisco. 10-minute drive to Pismo Beach. Walking distance to Birchwood Beer & Wine Garden & Jockos Steakhouse. Queen size loft bed with a very comfortable Casper mattress. I have 2 dogs & my neighbors have a rooster, goats & sheep so I hope you’re ok with farm sounds.

Solvang Brewing is a short walk, as are numerous restaurants and Ryan Park.

Annex under the Oaks

This is a quiet and spacious accommodation in an exclusive neighborhood in Mesa Oaks. The home is a light filled airy space with a King Suite and two Queen Suites. These suites feature comfortable beds and abundant fresh air. There is a master bath attached to the King suite and another full bath with tub for the two Queen Suites. There is a newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats 8 people.
