Interior features include fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room (seats 8) w/fireplace, coffee bar, 2 smart TV's, DVD player, King-size bed, Queen-size bunk bed, dedicated workspace, & a fully stocked bathroom. Fenced backyard has a fire pit w/6 Adirondack chairs, large picnic table & charcoal BBQ. Garage is a game room that includes a washer/dryer. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat.

Beach Access ~ Hot Tub ~ King Bed ~ EV Charger!

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. We’ve upgraded our cottage but it still has that cozy cabin feel that guests love. Private trail across street is a 5 min. walk to the beach. Large backyard with firepit, horseshoes & chairs. Enjoy a break with an evening fire or Netflix movie (Roku smart TV). Log wood/open beams interior with AC/Heat from new mini-split. Comfortably sleeps 3 adults/3-4 children. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.
