Go for a walk or bike ride on the 28 plus acres or pretty rural lanes. 2.5 miles away is Lake Robertson for activities . Sit on the porch too! On a snowy night, enjoy the wd-burning fireplace . Features: hot tub, outdoor dining area, small kitchenette amenities, and smart-tv w/firestick (must use your hotspot to stream). 10 min to BR Parkway, Peaks of Otter, and Claytor Nature Center. Wineries, orchards, and hiking nearby. 15min to Town of Bedford and D-Day Memorial. 35min to Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Smith Mtn Lake. Friendly dogs may occasionally visit from my mother’s house next door. (Look for Wind Tides Farm sign).

Welcome to the Stardust home! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located well-stocked space-themed bungalow! Very close to shopping, restaurants and Liberty University! This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.

The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.
