A casa é constituída por dois quartos de dormir, duas casas de banho, cozinha, sala de estar, pátio, jardim exterior e local de estacionamento de viatura. No andar superior situa-se um quarto amplo com cama de casal, casa de banho privativa e pátio exterior com vista mar. No piso térreo, existe outro quarto de dormir com duas camas individuais, casa de banho com duche, cozinha equipada e sala de estar com sofá-cama, TV e rede Wi-Fi.
