This apartment is located close to the Southern Park Mall, Sunny’s Foot spa, and many other businesses along 224 in Boardman. It is also located very close to Mill Creek Park’s walking, and biking trails. It’s in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood. This unit DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR. It has a portable AC unit in the front window and a window AC unit in the bedroom. Please do not try to change the wall thermostat, it will do nothing to control the AC in the apartment or cool the apartment down.

Very peaceful setting on 2 acres with 2 other separate short term rentals on the property. Less than 1 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio. Close to the South Park Mall and numerous restaurants, bars, and entertainment. However, the property is on a semi rural road. There is not a better short term rental in this metro area.
