Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Si trova a soli 50 km dall'aeroporto di Malpensa e ad un'ora e 15 minuti dal centro di Milano. Parcheggio privato disponibile. CIR 10305000025

Romantisches, kleines 2 Zimmer- Rustico liebevoll eingerichtet in Caneggio liegt an sonniger Lage  im Muggiotal auf 555m ü.M., oberhalb Mendrisio. Tolles Wandergebiet. Etagengrösse a je 16 m2.  Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, bitte vorab melden. Kein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Zufahrt möglich (ohne Parkier Möglichkeit - nur Zwischenstopp zum Gepäck ausladen). Details dazu siehe "Zugang für Gäste". Nur geeignet für Personen welche gut zu Fuß sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt im Dorf .

IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

CasAllio is situated in the heart of Dongo, a few minutes walk from the center, the lake and the cicle / pedestrian path. The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.
