We are a two-minute walk to Cookman Avenue (downtown Asbury Park) with all its restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, and a 10-minute walk to the beach. This apt is fully renovated with beautiful modern finishes. This unit has 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, front porch and an outdoor space with a grill. STR Permit #: 21-0187.

The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
