Apartment on the Battenkill 30 minutes to Saratoga

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen. Beautifully detailed separate and private 2nd floor living space on the grounds of a 2 acre 1890's farmhouse. In season, enjoy morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the perennial garden or sit and read a book by the river. In winter take in the beautiful open view of Mt. Equinox. Walk to the center of town for shopping and dining in 10 minutes (0.8 miles). Bromley is 12 minutes away and Stratton is a 22 minute drive. We are nearby and are usually available if needed.

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

Log Cabin: Amazing Views, River Frontage, Hot Tub

Glamping at its finest. Bring everything but the bed. Enjoy sunsets and star gazing lakeside. No running water or electricity. Clean & custom built outhouse for a toilet. Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.
