Professionally designed from the ground up, this cabin features the following: - Main Cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and upstairs loft with six bunk beds that sleeps 12. - Detached garage has an arcade and game room. - Above the garage is a private studio with it's own kitchen, bathroom, king bed, and laundry that sleeps two (additional $97 charge for this).

Either way Sunset View has a little something to offer everyone. If you want to just chill at the cottage..you can relax on the covered back porch, or I offer board games, a smart tv with Netflix, and a dvd player along with dvd's. When you feel like venturing out, the cabin is near hiking, golf, shopping, dining & Sunrise Park Resort.

You will love the amazing views from the studio. From the balcony you can sit and listen to the trickling of water from the lakes. And out the windows by the bed you overlook a beautiful pond. Wildlife are abundant and so fun to watch. The Sunsets and Sunrises are unreal! The studio is fresh, bright and clean! We have been Superhosts with 2 of our previous property’s and hope to earn that again with this special place. You won’t be disappointed! *please note this is an upstairs studio.

Cabin is 400 square feet in size located 35 feet from owner's residence. Cabin is located near the end of a dead-end street, in a quiet neighborhood. Rainbow Lake can be accessed from the north side, an approximate 5-minute drive. Movie theater, grocery store and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the cabin. Blue Ridge High School is 2 miles from cabin. I take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations in addition to my typical disinfecting routine.
