We do allow small pets for a fee, subject to size and amount of animals. Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

Enjoy birdsong and relaxing lake views. Our primary home, rented out while we travel.

Killian House Retreat, 4br 2ba

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there are no T.V.s.

This unique place has a style all its own. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms. in addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Updated kitchen with all new appliances along with a farmhouse sink. Kitchen is stocked with all the accessories that is needed if you enjoy cooking. Enjoy complementary coffee and snacks.
