It is a small lifestyle block with sheep and bees.

Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Located just 4km from Mosgiel, 15 Minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Dunedin. We are situated in a quiet rural location and have a near new 1 bedroom, fully self contained unit. Sit and enjoy the sunny north facing deck and watch the lambs playing in the paddock. If you are attending equestrian events at the nearby Mosgiel Showgrounds grazing may be available for your horse depending upon season, please ask first, extra charges may apply.
