Almost Heaven At Caney, LLC

Cozy, sparkling clean 3 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home on Caney Lake. Includes use of the dock for fishing and relaxing(no swimming), a boat slip and concrete boat launch. The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports, sitting near the water around the fire pit, and great fishing while relaxing at this country getaway.

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

Camp David is on Cheniere Lake. C D has covered parking w room for 4 vehicles plus extra parking available next door. C D has a spacious kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils. The L room has a 65" smart tv with hi speed WiFi , comfortable furniture to relax on and q bed and q couch bed in lg liv rm. 2 brms with Q size beds and 32 " tv in each. Pick up poop before leaving property. No loud music, parties, or gatherings, just guests who are booked

Tucked up in an old farm setting, this property feels far enough away from civilization yet is only a couple of minutes from town with several good restaurants nearby. It is also conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Sterlington Baseball Complex. The bayou is just outside the back door for fishing and kayaking.
