Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Very private secluded fenced cottage at end of the road in Montecito. King bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in a quaint setting. Ideal for 3 max. Or 2 adults & 2 children on sofa sleeper. Beach chairs and umbrella and 2 boogie boards to use! . Dog and child friendly completely fenced and private. Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

This newly remodeled guest house is located in the coveted Montecito Oaks neighborhood. This ideal location is walking distance to many popular spots in Montecito; Coast Village Road the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, Butterfly Beach. This home has an upstairs loft with one king bed and downstairs includes a queen size pull out couch. The house has a gated private entrance, keypad locked front door, and your own fenced in yard and patio. Outdoor Amenities- Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Corn Hole

Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
