Located 20-25 minutes north of Spokane city limits, the Little Red Barn on Big Meadows is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Spokane. Enjoy Greenbluff in the summer & fall and Mt. Spokane skiing in the winter. The Little Spokane River is nearby, as well as many gorgeous lakes. The Barn overlooks the beautiful Big Meadows and faces breathtaking sunsets. We are popular for romantic getaways, special celebrations, family trips, and those seeking to escape the busyness of life and savor the quiet.

Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Cozy A-Frame retreat, pinned to the top of a rock with spellbinding views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Sandpoint area mountains. Just 4 miles from downtown and 5-minute drive to the Schweitzer shuttle. This intimate studio with a loft is a haven for couples. Unwind in a queen-sized bed, prepare meals in the granite kitchenette, and indulge in a custom shower with a heated toilet seat and bidet. Enjoy other modern amenities like high-speed WiFi and AC. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Lake Guesthouse Suite

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Patios and views, lakeside bon fires, fishing and boats you can borrow. Across the water from the lakefront restaurant, you can paddle our boats or bring your own boat and park it at our dock. Centrally located to Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.
