Come relax in your cozy 1978 Lake House! Conveniently located between Muncie and Hartford City-16 min. from Taylor University, 24 min. from Ball State, 10 seconds from the dock! Relax on the deck while grilling out and enjoying time in the hot tub. Great place for family and friends to hang out . Big deck on the front. Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

We are located 0.3 miles from Anderson University, 1 mile from down town Paramount theatre. This is a house all to yourself with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom can sleep two plus additional two for the sofa bed in the living room. There is a small deck with a bbq grill when the weather is nice. This house will feature local artist's artwork through the house because there's so many talent in town we want to share with the world!
