Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Recently completed and accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round.

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Sunny Brook - perfect for two

Sunny Brook is a lovely detached bungalow set in the grounds of the owners home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. The village has good local amenities that include; bus stops, shop/post office, pub and restaurant, and a chip shop, all just five minutes from the property. Roughton is conveniently located for the beautiful North Norfolk coast and many other local attractions.
