Villa Montaña is een indrukwekkende villa met spectaculaire uitzichten over de bergen. Deze villa heeft 4 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met een eigen dressing en een zonneterras, 2 badkamers, een privé zwembad, een veranda en verschillende terrassen om ten volle te kunnen genieten van de mooie omgeving. 10 minuten rijden naar het dorp Santa Maria met een bar/restaurant en een winkeltje. 20 minuten rijden van Huércal-Overa. De stranden van San Juan de Los Terreros en Mojacar liggen op 45 minuten rijden.

Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

Het huis is een volledig gerenoveerde boerderij gelegen in het midden van de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de Sierra Espuña en de oevers van de Rio Pliego. Het huis is zeer kindvriendelijk, en zowel de omgeving als het zwembad zijn volledig afgesloten zodat kinderen in alle veiligheid in de tuin kunnen spelen. Om elk misverstand te vermijden vragen we 20€ extra per gast en per nacht als er meer dan 12 gasten zijn.
