North Lodge is a charming/cozy 1890's gate house

North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

This stunning period home has arguably one of the best views in the village and is fully equipped to be your perfect home from home.

The Fallows Rest has 2 large bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchen inc coffee machine. The lounge has a 50 inch tv with Netflix, DVD player & WiFi. Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe. Free 18 hole golf for our guests as well as tennis courts and children’s play park. Lots of coastal & country walks right on our doorstep!

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

A warm, cosy attached annexe with everything you would need for a home from home escape. Get out and about and explore Northumberland or sit outside with a glass of wine and hope to spot wildlife from birds of prey to deer. With 2 bedrooms, great for families or couples. We try to provide little extras to make your stay special.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Welcome to View Point Lodge, enjoy the peaceful surroundings whilst taking in stunning views of the Northumberland countryside. A modern, new lodge with an open plan living area and full kitchen amenities, smart tv and free wifi. Outside seating area overlooking the Simonside Hills, free parking on site. Children's play ground and tennis courts on site. Also there is a bar located in the Golf club on site which also serves food, along with a convenience store.

The Byre, Bog Mill Cottages, edge of Alnwick

The Byre at Bog Mill, Alnwick is situated down a quarter mile private track and overlooks the River Aln, on the outskirts of Alnwick and three miles from beach. A spacious self contained cottage for two with double bedroom. Open plan living area with feature arched windows overlooking the garden. Safe parking is adjacent to the cottage and secure storage for bicycles is available. WiFi is free of charge within the cottage. No smoking. No pets.
