Its cozy with danish design furnitures, and all inventory is of a high quality. The bed is an Auping. The property is quiet and there is a cozy yard. Within 200 m you find the centermetro and Assistens Kirkegaard and a lot of cozy cafe's, take-aways, restaurants and shops around the corner. 2 km to the city center.

After a day of exploring you can retreat to this elderly but charming spacious apartment on the top of the building (5th floor, no elevator) where you can enjoy the sunset over the park.
