Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. The villa is perfect for groups, family gatherings and reunions. It offers spacious living areas, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a patio, a large private garden with an infinity swimming pool. Services include a house manager, daily cleaning, chef, laundry, free WiFi. Airport transfer is available at extra charge.

Villa "AnTa" for ocean lovers (2 Rooms AC)

The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches of Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a gazebo and parking on site.

Our house has three bedrooms, each with its own king size bed, full bathroom, air conditioner and room darkening curtains. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor living space offer comfort and convenience. Plus, being just a 10-minute walk from Nungwi beach. We also offer airport transport, car rental, and excursions through our tour and safari company. Prices are negotiable.

This wonderful house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with an open living and dining area and a wonderful place to sit outside to enjoy the garden and the sunset. Nyumbani, translates into „feel at home“, with locally handcrafted furniture and a real Zanzbarian door the villa invites you to your home on Zanzibar! The most beautiful beaches are only a short walking distance (10-15min) away. It is a very safe area with international neighbors. All rooms are with AC.

Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 5 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages. The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu. No food and drinks allowed in the room except if kept in the mini fridge provided.

Guesthouse with a private bathroom, kitchen and outside sitting area. Big garden and shared swimming pool (only with me and my family). Wifi (20 Mb/s) available and included. The room is being cleaned once per week for longer stays. And there is a washing machine free to use if needed. It's 20-25 minutes walking to Nungwi or Kendwa beach, or 5 minutes with a car or tuktuk. We help you to arrange transport if needed 😊
