Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. The quiet 1 room apartment is like a hotel room (minibar, coffee maker, bathroom) with separate entrance and is located in a backyard.
