Ojai Valley East End Chic Ranch with Views, 2 bdrm

Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home called Pixie Palace with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental & is home to my orchard & a nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Fully private cheerfull 475 square foot studio

Private gate on the right side of the house to the back studio. 1 queen bed and master bedroom. 1 Fold-out couch. Private cooking patio. kitchenette, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, coffee,maker. Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property. A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!
