Long Term Stay in the country Not for Sissies

Must love chickens. This is a little house that we built for our son in 2016. It is next door to our house where we rent a room on Airbnb (Close to Town but in the Country). This is strictly for longer term, researchers or folks wanting to get to know the area. Welcome are people who love Belize and all its quirks. Unwelcome are people who want to try to make money from Belizeans or sit in the house and complain about the insects, rain, culture, etc. Sorry but true. Good references required.

Relaxing Private Villa, Belize

Beautiful private home located approx. 17 miles outside Belize City on the George Price Highway. Located in a Belizean/American Site just outside of Hattieville Village. Close enough to everything yet far enough for privacy and security. Fully air conditioned, hot and cold water, wifi, private fenced yard for parking, full kitchen etc. There is a full-time caretaker on site who looks after your safety and well being. The only thing missing is you!! We can do airport or in country pickup.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our spacious and safe enclosed yard is family-friendly. We are 2 - 5 minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, churches, fire station and a health center. The local transportation also passes by frequently so you can move easily around Ladyville & to Belize City. The international airport is also 10 minutes away. Located near some tourist attractions such as The Baboon Sanctuary and Altun Ha Maya Ruin.
