Comfortable apartment close to the sea & CPH

You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

Mit lille skæve træhus, vil give Jer mulighed for ro - Slap af i denne unikke og hyggelige bolig. I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Området er 10 min gang til S-tog og bus til Københavns med kultur og shopping, Nordsjælland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Gå-oplevelser i naturen i Dyrehaven, nærliggende parker og ved hav og strand.

Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Close to the train station with trains that run directly to the center every 10 minutes. 10 km. from the center of Copenhagen. The apartment is family friendly and toys and games are available. Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation with its own entrance. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

Welcome to our apartment in Charlottenlund near the sea and Bakken! Totally new renovated and top modernised with dishwasher, washing machine new bathroom and kitchen all is new! Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
