The Mt Nimrod Pod campsite overlooks native bush and iconic NZ farmland, with views to the mountains. Sink into a steaming wood-fired hot tub under an abundance of stars. Toast marshmallows over the crackling fire. Wake to the morning chorus of birdsong. Stop - relax - revive! The campsite has 3 pod cabins (bedroom, lounge and half bath). The pods are insulated and double glazed. The campsite is complete with outdoor kitchen, wood-fired river fed hot tub and a fire pit for up to two guests.

Come and enjoy a stay on our beautiful lavender and olive farm, with breathtaking mountain views. The Barn has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 sofa bed and private bathroom. There is a microwave, fridge and bbq, tea, coffee, crockery etc You can picnic in the gardens or say hello to the dogs, cats, & alpacas! At Scenic views you can kick back and relax with a book or have a soak in the spa while being surrounded by bird song and bush views of the local scenic reserve (Centennial park). Or for the more adventurous, you can explore the many walking or mountain biking tracks right on our doorstep. Timaru Central

Built in 1905, and converted to 2 apartments in the 1950's, we live in the other apartment. The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
