The back facing, completely covered deck is a lovely shaded sitting area that offers an extension to this cozy condo. This condo offers a micro kitchenette which includes a toaster, electric kettle, small coffee maker, microwave, small fridge and plates/glasses/cups/cutlery for two. No stove, oven or kitchen sink.

It shares a large communal deck that overlook the grounds, Silva Bay, the Flat Top Island and across to the North Shore mountains.
